So that vaunted passing attack eh? Not that great. Well at least that was the case for the majority of the first half. It wasn’t until late in the second quarter that Troy was able to move the ball at all let arough through the air. It was mostly via underneath passes against soft coverage that allowed the game-tying touchdown.
The running game isn’t as potent and Derek Thompson hasn’t been nearly as accurate as he was against KSU.
Still that 50-yard pass to Brelan Chancellor (Brelan!) is the difference between zero and seven so kudos to the guy there.
