• Charlotte, North Texas, UTEP are all kinds of bad.
• I knew Western Kentucky would beat a Rice team, by at least 21, but they looked really good.
• MTSU missed an opportunity against Vandy and shouldnt have lost that game.
• FIU lost to a good FCS school. Will C-USA lose another one this week when NT takes on Portland St?
