Crowd Fund Seats for Loud Fans

Conference USA has declared that The University of North Texas may not allocate the rows directly behind the visitor’s bench as student seating. This section has historically proven to create a significant home field advantage for UNT. We aim to purchase as many tickets as possible and distribute them to “fans” who will make the section just as loud this year as it has been in previous years. The tickets may only be purchased by recent alumni. The sponsor of this fund raiser qualifies as a young alumni and has confirmed with the athletic department that there is no limit regarding the number of tickets an individual may purchase.

That doesn’t sound like a bad idea to me. From what I can remember UNT students got a couple of coaches and a handful of players nice and pissed en route to a 5-1 record at home.
