The unofficial beginning of the 2018 season has passed. The official roster was posted online — you can view a version on MGN here — and that only means time is moving ever forward.
We are in the middle of the contact period on the recruiting calendar as the staff tries to fill out the class with the best available. It is far to early to make any judgements based on the roster as it stands. History tells us that despite the best efforts of all involved, someone will get hurt, someone will quit, someone will disappear without notice and surface on twitter with nary a mention.
Every program has some roster change throughout the offseason . With something like 100 players on the roster in some shape or form there is bound to be minor shuffling. For this program, the important thing is that the major pieces are in place and there are no surprises.
